Our location is approximately 1 mile from Interstate 440 heading towards

downtown.

We are located approximately 2 ½ miles from interstate 65. If coming from

I-65 you would exit at the Wedgewood exit and head towards Belmont

left. You will proceed through Hillsboro Village and approximately ½ mile

you will see our Office on the left hand side.

We differ in many ways from other title companies. Some of these

differences are:

-We accept debit cards when the borrower is obtaining a loan.

-We travel to the most convenient place for our clients.

-Each of our employees have the ability to make decisions without having to

get a managers approval.

-We do closing after business hours usually at no extra cost to our clients.

-We can close transactions anywhere in Tennessee, even at the customers

residence if that is what is most convenient.

The primary aspect of our company that separates us from other title

companies is that we share our profits with our employees. Therefore every

employee cares if you had a good experience, and they will make every

effort to retain your business!!

We specialize in existing and new construction residential real estate

transactions, but we also do commercial transactions.
